We at Island Hop Bakery are so confident you will love our desserts that we offer a guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Delivery Policy
To ensure your order arrives in the freshest possible condition, the carrot cake must be shipped frozen by overnight priority delivery. As a result, the carrot cake can not be delivered on Sunday or Monday. All other items may be shipped according to your specifications based on our shipping options. Please see below for details.

Same day deliveries orders must be received before 1:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
We can not deliver on Sundays to all areas. If it must be delivered on Sunday, please give us a call and we will try to get it out for you.
We cannot ship on New years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. We can ship the next business day.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online, mail, and fax orders.
Mail and fax orders can be paid by credit card or check. Your check must clear before we can ship your order. Once a check is received, it can take up to seven business days to clear.

For orders outside the US, please call 1-908-316-5807 weekdays between
9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST for availability and shipping costs.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING OPTIONS — All shipment are made with UPS

Standard: Your order will arrive within 5 business days after it is shipped depending on the destination. All orders ship from New Jersey.

Next Day Air: Your order will arrive the next business day after it is shipped.

Second Day Air: Your order will arrive within two business days after it shipped.

Saturday Delivery: Your order will ship on Friday to arrive the next day. Saturday delivery is not available to all zip codes.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your ordered items per recipient.
